Senior Associate, Provisions / Corporate Tax Consulting

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, including clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
2. Participating in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
3. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to leverage industry knowledge and experience.
4. Managing teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
5. Advising clients and ensuring delivery of high-quality tax services and advice.
6. Contributing to market and business activities outside the firm; building and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited institution.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid understanding of ASC 740.
• Strong advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams.
