Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, including Fortune 100 clients and emerging businesses.
• Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific knowledge and solutions.
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
• Deliver high-quality tax advice and services to clients.
• Contribute to market activities, build, and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in taxation from an accredited institution.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
• Strong advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and client teams.
