Senior Associate, Provisions / Corporate Tax Consulting

Responsibilities:

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, including Fortune 100 and emerging businesses.
2. Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to leverage industry knowledge and experience.
4. Manage teams of tax professionals on client projects.
5. Deliver high-quality tax services and advice to clients.
6. Contribute to market activities and build client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited institution.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
• Strong advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and teams.
