Customer Success Manager (AI-Powered Marketing Solutions) - Remote

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with customers, ensuring smooth execution of AI-driven marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You'll collaborate with internal teams—such as data science, sales, and product development—to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term success. Additionally, you'll provide strategic guidance, conduct data-driven analyses, and help shape the future of our product based on customer insights.

What You'll Do:

Develop meaningful relationships across customer organizations, serving as a trusted advisor.
Partner with implementation and data science teams to ensure AI use cases deliver strong business results.
Work closely with the sales team to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
Gain a deep understanding of each customer's business, challenges, and goals to map our value proposition effectively.
Guide customers in maximizing the business impact of our AI-powered solution.
Conduct data analysis (using tools like Excel, SQL) and create compelling presentations that highlight performance insights and business impact.
Troubleshoot issues, synthesize customer insights, and communicate key findings.
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and marketing teams to shape the product roadmap.

Additional Details:

Remote-first role with up to 20% travel for team gatherings, customer meetings, and industry events.
Compensation: Base salary of $145,000-$184,000 per year, plus commission and bonus potential ($40,000-$49,000), with an overall OTE of $185,000-$233,000. Additional performance-based incentives and equity options may be available.
