Job Description

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped over one million people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager, AI Productivity Operations to help drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI through three core initiatives: the AI Productivity Initiative, the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), and the AI Champions Program—a cross-functional leadership body and executive task force shaping our enterprise AI strategy. This pivotal role requires a rare blend of technical fluency, programmatic rigor, and organizational savvy. You will be at the helm of driving high-impact AI programs and their constituent projects that scale productivity, accelerate capability building, and ensure governance and alignment at the highest levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager for AI Productivity & Enablement, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AI-focused projects and the strategic oversight of related programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. More specifically:

  • Manage and support the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) for the AI Productivity Initiative, a dual-purpose initiative that builds internal enablement pathways
  • Co-Design and execute structured onboarding, capability building, events and executive reporting processes for the AI CoE and AI Productivity Initiative
  • Build and manage the processes and knowledge-sharing systems of the AI Productivity Team, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and functional department throughout all phases of the program delivery process
  • Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, quality, and performance of deployed AI Productivity Programs
  • Support and contribute to roadmap and delivery planning processes
  • Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or enablement
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs that blend strategy, technical delivery, and change management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and platforms, including risks, governance models, and implementation best practices.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment among senior leaders, product/engineering teams, and business units.
  • Experience building or supporting executive councils, CoE, digital transformation programs is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones, with an index on US East Coast operating hours
  • Proven ability to manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, with extensive experience using project and program management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Jira, Smartsheet, task lists, roadmap tools).

What Success Looks Like:

  • AI productivity programs and processes are consistently embedded into key functions & stakeholder groups, delivering quantifiable business impact across the enterprise.
  • AI enablement programs and their constituent projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting predefined strategic goals and timelines.
  • The AI CoE becomes a high-trust, high-impact coalition & resource hub —fueling bottom-up innovation and top-down alignment.

Why This Role Matters:

This is more than a program management role—it’s a rare opportunity to shape the systems, teams, and leadership models that define how an enterprise embraces AI. If you're energized by the challenge of turning ambition into operational excellence and want to help architect an AI-enabled future at scale, we invite you to apply.

  • Grow on your chosen career path, be it technical, people, managerial or leadership skills, or any mix of those.
