Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Developer, specializing in Pega, to develop and maintain robust system level software, ensuring the performance and scalability of backend systems during the contract period. As key personnel, the developer will be fully dedicated to the project objectives. Responsibilities: Build and optimize front/backend systems for project specific goals. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as needed. Collaborate with architects to implement system improvements. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Minimum Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Certified as a Senior System Architect, relevant Pega Certifications are ideal, i.e., Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with User Essentials Course. Minimum Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Java and Pega. Strong knowledge of front/backend development, Java, Pega and workflows. Proficiency in Java, Pega, and workflow-based solutions. Understanding of AWS infrastructure, with experience in service development, deployment, and management in AWS environments. Strong understanding of software development processes. Ability to work within contract deadlines and deliverables.
