Were seeking a skilled UX Designer with consulting experience to help standardize and elevate our clients brand through robust design systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating cohesive user experiences and thrives in environments where design meets strategy.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Youll lead the creation and refinement of design systems that align with brand standards and deliver a consistent user experience. Your work will influence the look and feel of digital products, support common code structures, and drive usability through research and testing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer in a consulting capacity
• Strong understanding of design systems and brand standardization
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with human-centered design methodologies
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply UX design principles and standards to client projects
• Align design work with established brand guidelines
• Create standardized user experiences across platforms
• Develop wireframes and prototypes for testing and validation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with developers to support common code structures
• Recommend design improvements based on testing outcomes
• Champion a human-centered design approach throughout the project lifecycle
