Job Description

Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Sr Aerospace Test Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Aerospace Test Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic engineering department supporting critical testing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a methodical approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Aerospace Test Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $58/hr

What's the Job?

• Support, troubleshoot, and upgrade Test Equipment in the Factory.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to identify and resolve production test issues.
• Analyze test failures and recommend improvements to enhance testing processes.
• Maintain a detailed action plan (RAIL) to track progress and findings.
• Communicate effectively with engineering counterparts and ISC leadership.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in Test Equipment design and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Aerospace systems and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, LabWindow CVI, and LabView.
• Experience in leading projects and developing Test Requirements Documents.
• Knowledge of Test Certification processes (DO-160, DO-178, DO-254) and Embedded OS.
