Our client, an innovative e-commerce tech start-up, is seeking a Senior Carrier Manager to join their team. As a Senior Carrier Manager, you will be part of the logistics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Carrier Manager

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000

What's the Job?

• Lead the team responsible for Carrier/3PL performance, import coordination, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Develop relationships with Carrier/3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Enhance tools to provide updates and partner with supply chain teams to implement initiatives.
• Manage large amounts of accurate data using various systems to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations.

What's Needed?

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. 
• 3-5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team is required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, Carrier/3PL management, and data analysis.
• Proficient in analytics, data management, and Microsoft Office Applications.
