Key Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, interview, and hire Field Associates for a variety of client assignments. Match client staffing needs with the right candidates by understanding both skillsets and company culture. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking. Provide exceptional service to clients by maintaining regular communication, resolving issues, and supporting their workforce goals.
