Seeking a Supply Chain Manager to play a critical role in optimizing our client's supply chain for medical device repair components, consumables, and tools. This individual will be responsible for strategically sourcing high-quality, cost-effective materials, managing supplier relationships, leading and mentoring an electronic repair team and ensuring the timely availability of all necessary parts to support repair operations. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, leadership experience, and a passion for making a positive impact and shaping the future of medical device services. The ideal candidate would be someone that has experience working on the production floor, someone that likes to fix things, electronic repair experience, they need to be able to come up with solutions on how to fix things because the machines they work on are more complex.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree and/or training in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field preferred but not required.
* 5-10 years related experience in operations management and leadership, preferably in a technical service, manufacturing or electronics-related industry.
* Proven experience in managing technical teams and optimizing service delivery workflows.
* Experience in strategic purchasing, vendor negotiation, and supply chain management, especially for technical or specialized components.
