LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Triage
Facility: Monadnock Community Hospital
Location: 452 Old Street Road, Peterborough, NH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5x8 hour shifts | 40 hours/week

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide triage and telephone support, spending approximately 80% of time on the phone with patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding medications, medical histories, and diagnoses.
• Deliver nursing care across all age groups, with a strong preference for pediatric experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols.

Requirements:

• Active RN NH license (or compact).
• BLS
• Strong triage/telephone experience
• Pediatric experience 

• Familiarity with Critical Access Hospital environments preferred
