Your Impact:

Pearce is seeking a Field Service Cleaning Wind Technician, with a commitment to excellence, strong desire to succeed and learn new skills utilizing established procedures, with the highest regard for health, safety, and environmental compliance. As a Field Technician II on our Wind Cleaning Services team, you play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and longevity of wind turbines and associated facilities. Your work helps maintain optimal performance of renewable energy infrastructure and supports our commitment to clean, sustainable power. This position is 100% travel.

Core Responsibilities

• Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work area including sweeping, mopping, wiping oil, grease, solvent spills.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Renewables Employee handbook and insurance requirements.
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) as required to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow strict safety protocols for working at heights, including the use of fall protection and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Document completed work, noting any damage, defects, or maintenance issues observed during cleaning tasks, and report findings to the Site Supervisor.
• Complete and maintain required company and client documentation and records, using computer-based service reporting tools and procedures.
• Perform other daily work requirements as directed by supervisor with general supervision.

Core Experience

• Experience in Cleaning Wind Service required.
• GWO certified (preferred)
• Work within confined space areas, such as inside a wind turbine nacelle.
• Basic Knowledge of various hand and power tools.
• Work meets customer and company standards required of position and job, including following project schedules.  

Physical/Work Environment

At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA/DOT Standards.

• Ability and willingness to climb a wind turbine vertically at least 300 feet.
• Maintain a weight between 120 and 280 pounds, including clothing and boots, for OSHA safety compliance.
• Lift and move equipment as needed (more than 50 pounds).
• Work in an indoor or outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions with blowing pollen, dust, and grasses.

At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range

$21—$40 USD
