Epic Business Systems Analyst We're seeking an
Epic Business Systems Analyst to join a healthcare organization and provide support for the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS). This role requires recent
Epic experience , strong analytical skills, and a background in
billing within
revenue cycle functions .
What You'll Do: - Serve as the primary expert and technical advisor for the OnCore CTMS.
- Collaborate with researchers and clinical trial offices to assess data requirements for research protocols, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Develop and lead training programs for end-users, including creating detailed training materials and conducting ongoing sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, reporting, and data integrity.os
- Partner with IT staff to analyze, test, and implement system updates, upgrades, and functionality changes.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, CTMS vendors, clinical trial offices, and system users.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the OnCore System Administrator.
- Participate in CTMS projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and system optimization.
What We're Looking For: - Must-Have Qualifications:
- Recent hands-on experience with Epic .
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of billing processes within revenue cycle functions .
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the OnCore CTMS or similar clinical trials management systems.
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare-related industries.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
- Knowledge of system upgrades, testing, and process improvement best practices.
