Job Description

We are a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on setting a new standard in substance use disorder (SUD) care. Recognizing that traditional treatment methods often fall short of reaching patients when they're most in need, we are committed to making low-barrier, high-quality care accessible to all. We understand that the journey to recovery is unique for every individual, and our patient-centered approach ensures we meet people where they are—offering evidence-based therapies with unwavering support in a compassionate environment. As we grow rapidly, we are building a dedicated team of professionals committed to our mission—join us!

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Administrator to lead the operations of an outpatient clinic specializing in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment . This is a leadership role where you will oversee clinic operations, financial performance, team development, and patient care delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a compassionate, inclusive, and high-performing environment that meets clinical and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & P&L Management

  • Lead daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality of care, and staff morale.
  • Manage the clinic’s P&L: oversee budgets, revenue, and expenses.
  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics: patient retention, no-show rates, access times, and staff productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Serve as the on-site operational leader, coaching and supporting clinical and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that prioritizes collaboration and accountability.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent aligned with the clinic’s mission and values.

High-Quality Care

  • Partner with clinical leaders to maintain high standards in patient care and outcomes.
  • Implement best practices and patient-centered care models to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to protocols, safety procedures, and ethical standards.

Growth & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Engage with community stakeholders and referral partners to increase clinic reach and impact.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance awareness and access to services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations; experience in substance use treatment strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving operational KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in clinical settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field preferred.
