Job Description

Our client is seeking a Pega Developer to work onsite in Washington, DC, supporting a critical branch of the Federal Government. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining applications using the Pega platform to automate business processes and customer interactions. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Active Top-Secret Clearance . Responsibilities Develop and maintain Pega applications to support federal agency operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet organizational needs. Ensure compliance with federal security and operational standards. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience with case management system development. Bachelor's degree. Pega System Architect Certification. Pega 8 experience. Previous consulting or client service delivery experience. Specialization in functional areas (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise. Must be a US Citizen with an Active Top-Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Proven success in team environments. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Interest in information systems environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits W2 Hourly rate: $87 - $92, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and other benefits.
