CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Recruiter for a client on the east side of Syracuse to join their team. This person will focus on hiring for various locations and will have some travel, with 99% of it being day trips to meet candidates, meet with managers, attend job fairs etc. The Recruiter will be responsible for posting jobs, interviewing candidates, passing vetted candidates to hiring managers, and eventually putting together offer letters. Other tasks include training managers on interviewing techniques as well as looking at analytics to help forecast hiring trends. This is an in-office position. $68k-$75k plus bonus.
