The Sr. Manager, Talent Planning & Analytics (TPA) will report to the Director, Talent Data & Systems within the HR function. They are accountable for the strategy and execution of the TPA department, including headcount and personnel cost planning, workforce and people analytics, and the coaching & developing of a team of two direct reports. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths: 7+ years of quantitative work experience in HR analytics, workforce planning and/or financial analysis Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or I/O Psychology/Design preferred Experience leading teams in a business environment Experience leading projects and processes with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a global, matrixed organization a plus. The base salary range for this position is $120,000K-$180,000K+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
