Job Description
Phoenix Seminary's Mission is to train men and women for Christ-centered ministry for the building up of healthy churches in Phoenix and the world. We accomplish this through our philosophy of scholarship with a shepherd's heart.
At Phoenix Seminary, you’ll join a team of mission-driven professionals dedicated to serving the community and equipping the Church through theological education. As an Enrollment Counselor, you will play a vital role in welcoming and guiding prospective students through every stage of the enrollment process—from initial inquiry to application and beyond.
Working closely with the Enrollment Team, you will be one of the first points of contact for individuals exploring a calling to ministry or theological study. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, providing personalized support, and clearly communicating the value and distinctives of a Phoenix Seminary education.
This is a dynamic and engaging position ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, education, and the mission of the Church. If you're enthusiastic, relational, and eager to help future leaders take their next step in faith and academics, we would love to meet you!
